Learn to tumble, starting at the basics. This class teaches important body shapes for tumbling and begins working on Handstands, Cartwheels, forward and backward rolls. Mastery of these skills is required before moving to the next level.
This class puts those shapes in motion! Building on what we learned in Beginner Tumbling, we will add Round Offs, Front, and Back Walkovers. Mastery of these skills is required before moving to the next level.
This class teaches the all important handspring! Handsprings will propel an athlete through to another more advanced skill. We will work through front and back handsprings, while combining them into both standing and running tumbling skills.
